Primark Outfit #1

Hello there,

I have gotten back into the swing of things and this is something in which I hope I can continue and keep it up.

Today's post is focusing on a few items from Primark that I think would work well within an outfit...

Striped Shirt - £12
Ripped Jeans - £17

Linked Hoop Stud Earrings - £2
Black Clutch - £5

Black Crossover Open Toe Mule - £12

 Total £48

I can't believe the total spend for the outfit comes in under £50, but then again it is Primark! Primark are becoming so fashion forward and it is great to see. Some of their pieces are starting to channel a ZARA-like feel to them and for only a fraction of the price, which is absolutely amazing and so exciting if you love fashion but are on a budget! Primark have become so good with their clothing choices that it can be hard to distinguish between a Primark garment and a Zara garment for example.
Some people are against Primark as they think the clothing is of lesser quality than other high-street fashion stores but this doesn't seem to be the case any more, if anything other stores are using cheaper fabrics but making their garments more expensive therefore tricking you into thinking it is better quality just because it costs more, but it could be make of the exact same fabric as a garment from Primark.

My favourite piece from this outfit choice is the shirt, I just love it, I think it is so on trend right now and a statement wardrobe must-haves that will last.

The jeans are also a total bargain and although I find they wear out rather quickly compared to other jeans they always seem to fit me better than jeans from other stores.

Again the earrings, clutch bag and shoes are all wardrobe must-haves!

The shoes are especially on trend right now, although I personally am not very fond of the open toe mule style, I have seen these a lot recently, so who knows! I may end up wearing them just because they are in fashion, because we all have certain garments we said we would never wear and now look at us! Or things from trends in the past that you used to laugh at, you are now wearing, so don't say you won't, because you might!

I would say that this outfit would be suitable for a night out on the town with your friends, going out for a couple of drinks or going for dinner.
This outfit would also be perfect for a date too.

You could always make it more casual by swapping the clutch bag for a backpack and the mules for trainers, if that's more your thing.
